attglobal.net e-mail service has be unreliable for nearly two weeks now. Server error messages. AT&T acknowledges the problem, but it is amazing that a company the size of AT&T cannot resolve a technical problem in 2 weeks. Users should demand a refund of monthly ISP fees. The only way to get them to care is to hurt them financially?

It is indeed inconceivable that AT&T is unable to fix this problem. We would recommend that they exit the Internet business.
For small businesses in particular the outage is now more than an incovenience.
