Site sucks!!! So much for a communications company. It has been off and on all month...but by god I better pay my bill on time or I get real nasty calls and threats. But they can run a craphole site. Time for Virgin mobile.

Ironic that one of the major internet providers can't manage to have a reliable website. I am frequently unable to pay my bill, download my statement, etc., when it comes time to pay up. This is what happens when you have virtual monopolies. Their phone service is expensive and of poor quality. The service they provide to their rural customers is laughable, e.g., no dsl, poor voice service, slow repair service, high price.
