Same here. This is so frustrating!!!!! We all have been doing this for past 2.5 hours AND we wouldn't even be able to get it next week now! I don't even know how long we have to do this. I'm about giving up.....

Yes, I got that too. I spoke to a CSR who told me that their website are down and that their systems are down. O.K, so why are you then following up with "how may I help you?" you can't help me do anything since everything is down. However, I can get on the site and pay for my bill that is due next month. Go figure....
