It's now 7:15AM, same report as from 3:10AM Germany (previous post) - no access from Outlook, online first page up but then the RC=-1 error. This is same for all 4 accounts.

east coast usa dsl using thunderbird - have been unable to connect to server since early hours of jan 3. call to support line delivered a recorded message in foreign accent saying there were server issues and there was no time estimate to have it fixed. seems this service has become very unstable over the past 12 months - what's happened?
