I am having the same issue with AT&T but I am using Outlook 2010. It keeps saying my ceritificate has expired and it asks for my username and ps word constantly.

I'm having the same problem with Outlook 2007. At times, I receive security certificate errors saying that both inbound.att.net and outbound.att.net servers certificates expired on 10/1.
