AT&T email not working

Same problem here with both my android phone (imap) and desktop using Outlook (POP). Web mail is working. The problem just started tonight. after 5PM.

It was still down @ 8 this morning but I just checked and it reconnected around 9:15. Someone must have arrived at the office and reset something to get it working.

Cannot send emails since 3-23-13. Receiving spotty. What is the problem?

My AT&T emails have not worked properly in the past 3 days. Whenever my Outlook client tries to download, it prompts me for the password, tells me the login is invalid and then does not download the email. When I log directly into the ATT email site using the same login, I can see the email. When it does finally download, it only does some of the messages and often it will download duplicate copies. It is really a mess and AT&T needs to fix this. Ridiculous.

Same here. I receive the dreaded "Error 999" and have to keep clicking over and over and over to get my e-mail to finally download. I can get to my e-mail on the webmail page - but cannot get it to download reliably on Thunderbird. I have had this happen numerous times over the last several years and it normally "cures" itself in a few days. However, this has been occurring for almost a week. Grrr!!! VERY inconvenient!

I cannot get my att email on outlook or my LG Thrill. It keeps telling me there's an error or authentication was rejected. If I go on the web I can get my email. My outlook was working yesterday. What has happened

Mine is doing it to it is pissing me off i thought someone has hacked my account but since i see this i hope it is true and that they get it fixed soon

Hi my name is Howard Young. I am the husband of the late Pamela Bryant/Young. I have a serious problem that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. My deceased wife and I are Pastors. We have a church and an outreach program that feed and cloth the community. Unfortunetly all of our contacts, collaberations, letters ect, are in her email which I have no access to. The information in her email is very ,evry important. Please help me in retrieving the information on my wifes computer. Thank you very much for your assistance. Howard L Young
