I have called verizon as I was told to do. They don't have a clue. They had me jump thru hoops but for the love of God, I don't get emails. So why must I keep sending them. Doing the same thing over and over again is the definition of stupidity. This is a business and I am so sick of AOL already. if this doesn't get addressed I assume i will have to go to gmail. Who can you call for support or does aol make you deal with this on your own flailing?
