aol keeps deleting multiple emails

For about two weeks now every time I try to open any email I have to click on it several times, and most times I get the "whoops" message and get signed off then signed back on. Also, when trying to delete a single email, multiple emails are deleted. The only way to delete one at a time is to open each email individually. Is this an aol issue???
