1. Afterlogging in correctly page redirects to login page when clicking account links. (Even on the login page it shows I am still logged in.

2. After logging in correctly page redirects to login page when clicking the Rewards links

3. Error message says I must be logged in to get information.

4. I was DISCONNECTED TWICE when calling customer service

5. As a last resort I went to AMERX twitter page to find that it was a JOKE and it didn't even post my questions.

Actually, the links revert to a page that says "Set up your Online Account to customize your membership." It's not a login page. Essentially, what I am saying is I am locked out of obtaining any services from the site, yet I am logged in. I am concerned that this may be a security issue. Moreover I am disgusted with the customer service at Amer.X. It is the worst I have ever experienced. I will be paying off my account and ripping up my card.
