Unable to login to American Express since 9/22/12

Unable to login to Amex since 9/22/12. Getting error Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. When clicking diagnose problem , getting no problems found. When is Microsoft going to fix this.  Called American Express to report problem but they refuse to admit that there is a problem.
