site problems

Can put in my login and password, but then when trying to get an account summary, pay a bille etc, it doesn't work and redirects to a blank white screen saying to call customer serives. I have been having this problem now for several weeks.

I need to verify my email address but every time I try to log in, I get to the security question and then it kicks me back to the log in screen. Been having this trouble since 12/05/12. Called customer service and activated my account but when I tried to get a representative-phone just rings and rings. Customer service-what a joke!
