Customer Service just told me that there is nothing wrong with website - they are either totally uninformed or lying either which is unacceptable.

One of our users could not access the site with IE9 on Windows 7. However, Chrome worked just fine. We are checking to see if it will work with compatibility settings.

None of my charges have been updated since 6/20/13. Almost a whole week! I have to call in to automated system to see how much I owe. At least that is correct. The last two payments I've. Made since last week have no shown up posted either, but have cleared my account. I have checked the site through two computers at home and my mobile phone.
