I haven't been able to log in to Credit Secure website since last week. Have contacted Customer Service, but was told the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. I've checked back every day since then, but still not able to login. Tried to contact customer service thru secured email, but can't either.

I have also been unable to access the website since last week. I called on Wednesday, and they told that the website should be up in 2-4 hours. It's now Saturday, and I am still unable to access it. Ironically though, they have no trouble charging my account yesterday for the monthly $25 charge...
