Still down as of all day long 4/3/2015. The site loads, but when you try to log in, it just sits there for a while and gives a timed out error message -- with desktop PC's anyway. Oddly enough, I *was* able to get through and make my payment via the Amex app on my phone.
Been having the exact same issue for the last hour on the same devices... Frustrating.
