Frustration! I have been trying to download a return label to return an item. When I go to the site provided in an email sent to me I keep getting a message saying the site does not match anything available. Please help me obtain a mailing label so I can return this item.

I have been trying to print a label for over a week to return an item that was sent to me by mistake and I need that credit returned to my account. Now I have tried different places with computers and none of them will let me into that website you sent me in my email to go to, to print a return label. Why can't u just send me the return label.

Just had this problem myself. Go to Amazon "Help"....."Contact Us"......"Chat" and someone will get you the correct link.
Crazy that they haven't corrected this problem by now.

What I had to do was send it to my email and I was able to get it from there. Hope this helps everyone!

This is when I was told to go to the site for returns. The site needs alot to be desired, especially if its for you to go to this site just to receive a return label.

I am unable to print label and feel this has been a runaround just so I don't return my product. If this is the kind of service Amazon gives, I am done with them after ten years as a customer. I have never returned anything previously and I will go elsewhere in the future for my needs. I AM DONE WITH AMAZON!!!
