Get Error 503-2 anytime I try to watch something on CBS

Says:
An error has occurred. Please try again later or contact us for futher assistance.

I've been getting these errors for several days - maybe even a week now. Using Charter. All other streaming sites seems to work. I have tried multiple shows and all give same error.
