Errors

Every single time I try to watch an episode of greys anatomy abc always pops up as error 403-23 and I don't understand why. Also I am in the United States territories and everytime I try to watch it , it my also say that I'm not in the u.s territories when I am and I thrn on my location for the app so it knows where I am, something is really wrong and all I want to do is watch my episodes it makes me so sad !! Please help fix this problem Im so out of options.
