Wells fargo site down today again. Down most of the day yesterday.

Does anybody get a straight answer from Wells Fargo about their site being down?

Day before yesterday I received an e-mail from a Wells Fargo Phishing scam telling me that they would credit my checking acount with $40 if I would complete a survey and answer three questions. My username, Password and Drivers liscense number. Who the hell do they think they are kidding? I went to the WF site and fowrarded the e-mail to the fraud and phishing unit .
