Email from wells states someone tried logging on 3 failed atempts so my log on is disabled.

I have been having problems logging into my wells fargo account since Friday, Sept. Friday, Sept. 8. I keep getting a 404 error. I was told that it is my server's fault. Not true. The news is all over the Internet. There are problems. Why won't you just be honest and tell us what they are and what is being done about it? I called and the lady kept saying the same thing "over and over." Not our fault, she said. So ... ????? Answer please from someone, preferably Wells Fargo.
