Stuck on checking to verify your identity page

My bill is due in 5 days. I want to pay now. It's going into the weekend tomorrow. Do they shut down on certain people who are cutting it close? Who else notices they can't log in when it almost time for bill to be paid. Do they want to force us to pay on the phone so they can collect extra fees?
