Same here man, I put in the information and then it just stops in that "security check". I'm using chrome and i tried deleting all the cookies and caches but nothing really worked
also stuck waiting for identity check
Same as above except I use Internet Explorer. Gone for about 3 weeks on return computer worked very slowly much worse
than normal. Sure updates have been downloaded. Saw script errors sometimes. Changed to Chrome and opened WF no problem.
I also opened with Ipad no problem. Tried to open another bank site needed to pay bill and it locked me our said it could not
identify me. I entered correct information several times before locked me out. Still cannot get in site. Canceled their internet site.
Not real computer expert and do not know how to correct script errors from some download I did not do. Help
