Site still down ( 2weeks now) for some Comcast users, Wells Tech support stated DNS problems with Comcast, who has been slow in helping address problem

Comcast user. Cannot log into secure sights for Wells Fargo or Bank of America. Times out. Displays message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" One time Comcast says they are having a problem, the next time they say it must be my computer. Can access theough other ISPs, but not through. Can't pay bills or review accounts. Last time I was into my accounts was 12/5/12. I can't wait for them to figure it out. I pulling the plug on Comcast and reccomend the rest of you do also.
