Site down....AGAIN!!!!!!

Already annoyed with them as they are not sending bill pay checks until SIX DAYS after I have them dated, thus costing me $300 in late fees with my landlord ( just found out yesterday, Merry Xmas to me) Now this???? NOT COOL
