keeps trying to load https://www.wellsfargo.com but nothing happens

I use Quicken and have not been able to download the latest transactions and thought that it was a Quicken problem. I was told by them that it was a banking problem. Now I find that I can't even log in direct to the bank!!!!! I can get on the MidFlorida Credit Union website so it is definitely a Wells Fargo problem.
