I have not been able to login my bill pay for over a week. Spoke with Wells Fargo and said they were having a problem with Comcast. The site will not lode after I place my password and ID. Whose fault is it really and what is the real reason?

I am in Cali, Colombia, for two weeks, coming home Dec 30, I have my sons computer, its sercuity sestet, is not allowing me to log into my account! my son is Samson duane keary,the computer says you do not have an account Samson....
