Won't let me create an online account. After I enter my information, it tells me it's temporarily unavailable. I have to call my card or go to an ATM to see my balance. It's been this way since I opened the account two months ago!!

This is what's been happening to me too. I thought at first that it's just my computer or something but I see that I am not the only one. It is really troublesome for me to go to the bank/ATM just so I can check my accounts. I don't know what is really going on but I hope they could fix this because it's been 2 months. It's not like they don't have the money for this thing.
