I was unable to log in on 1/09/16. called and was requuired to change my password. After the C/S gave me a special acccess code and took me into my. I closed my account accidently and was unable to access my account again with my new password. 8:00 AM 01/10/16 i am still unable to access my account.
Called and talk to customer service and she never mentioned system was down she said system was updating and her mgr was notified and someone would get back to me in 5 bus days!!! What the heck!! This is not acceptable can't go online to get what I need either sats call customer service but what for if they can't see it either..Change coming for me!!!
