Won’t let me choose pickup and delivery

Had a basket full and it froze up. Now it won't let me select pickup and delivery as an option.

I cannot choose grocery pickup as my town doesn't do delivery & I don't want Walmart.com

I updated the app and bow it diesn't allow me to select pickup and delivery and also doesn't display the service menu to start a return
