Called by the store to say the system is down and they can't get my order.

I placed my groceries order last night. My groceries were supposed to be delivered between 8 and 9am. I tried engaging in a chat 4 times no success. I spoke with an associate at 10:15am. She was told by store delivery manager that the driver returned the groceries to the store a short time after he left. The store did not have another driver to deliver my groceries. I asked for a refund and was told that they weren't able to give me a full refund until the store released my order. I have spent the entire day waiting for a phone call from the store but no call, no refund, no food. What a mess!!!

She was told by store delivery manager that the driver returned the groceries to the store a short time after he left. The store did not have another driver to deliver my groceries. I asked for a refund and was told that they weren't able to give me a full refund until the store released my order. It is now 2/22 and still no solution or refund. All I got was that their system crashed and they're working to fix it. So basically walmart stole my money . I'm not confident at all I will receive my refund.
