I keep getting wallet will not load and on the app it says unable to check EBT balance technical issue nothing's wrong with my card and there's a large balance on it and not sure why it's not working

I've been trying to place an order for pickup but keeps saying unable to load wallet for an hour now. I've even rebooted my laptop and nothing.Worked just fine sever days ago.
