Pharmacy app won't load

is not today only. Is broken for more than 2 weeks:

/ can not place order

/ can not retrieve old orders

/ can not log in will not accepting correct password

/ can not create new account because is saying this account exist

/ did call walmart customer service every single day for last 12 days  - no results

/ can not reset password because walmart can not send any e-mails

/ today 3-3-2017 did call again walmart.com and asked rep to place order for me over the phone she said she can not be long

time on the phone call and it will call me back to place the order,after that (1 hour ago) she never call back
