No 'saved for later' shopping cart items are visible

I save items after placing them in my shopping cart so I can purchase them on payday. Today I logged into my Walmart.com account and noticed that all my saved items (20-30 or so) were gone. I called the Walmart website development folks and they said that my items are still there (they can see them but I can't). I asked to speak to a supervosor and was given an incident number. The supervisor confirmed that they've just updated the site and that this is a widespread issue. She said the matter would be 'escalated' and that I'd be able to see all the previously saved items when they were done working on the problem.

I have the same issue (still). I have to use the android / mobile version of walmart.com in order to see my saved items.

My "save for later" items have vanished. I had about 30 items listed. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!

I know this is an old posting but maybe my tip will help someone. If you sign in to your account and can't access saved for later items this is how you can resolve it. Add anything to your cart. Then go to cart and then click on save for later for item. Sometimes your old items will come up that you left in your cart. You can also go all the way to the end of your cart items and at the bottom you can click on Saved for Later also which may show your items.

I tried this but it did nothing.

I'm having the same issue I had 15 or so items saved until pay day so I could quickly readd them to my cart but they've all disappeared hope they fix this bug soon.

I had about 40 + items saved for later and went to add items and it's gone is this gonna be fixed

me too! I shop all the time on wal mart ..com and thie is just uncalled for. They could have at least put a notice at checkout so the articles would not have been lost. To bad k mart left Texas.

I see from the previous comments by unhappy customers's that this problem has been around for a while. You don't care any more Walmart???? You won't get loyalty from customers when you treat them this way.

I see I am not the only one, but that happened with me on firefox, all I did was logged in using chrome and all y save items were still there. Try that, good luck, I felt the same till that came to mind and it worked.

I too cannot find my "Saved for Later List" and I have more than 214 items saved to purchase at a later date!!!! I did sign in using chrome but to avail. Also, when you sign into walmart.com, the vertical list has disappeared. It would have helpful if Walmart had, in some way, alerted the public that they were changing their website. I can't even chat with them online because they disconnect the chat forum before it even gets started. VERY AGGRAVATED AND ONE PISSED OFF CONSUMER!!!

The new app is horrible. That's what we get for believing the lie that we, as humans, have been evolving over millions years, and are somehow getting better over time! LOL. The lie has now infiltrated technology. Thus, the constant and never ending updates! Amen? Anyone else out there made in the image of God?

I really hate the new Wal-Mart web design. I had items saved that I was going to purchase later for Christmas, but with this new website, I can no longer find them. They need to go back to the old website design.

I know this is an old post, but I just had 100+ items, representing days, weeks,months of research, especially on computers and electronics, completely wiped out of my Walmart.com saved for later list. Seems they've revamped their site Sept 2021 and didn't bother to carry over existing saved lists. Would have been nice if we'd at least have received a warning that this was about to happen so we could save it on our drives to reconstitute after the update. This site has always been deplorable and it seems every time they try to fix it they make it even worse. Nothing I tried helped. Added fresh items to cart, moved to saved. Nothing. Tried Firefox and Edge/Bing, no difference. Called them, agent says their tech dept is "offline" and cannot be reached directly by customers. Guess they're just so big they don't care how much aggravation and time wasted they cause customers. I give up. Heading to BB for my new computer and TVs. The heck with them!

Same thing just happened to me. I didn't even know it had updated and I had a lot of stuff saved for later and now you can't even look at lists you make unl you go to the Walmart website instead of the app. This update sucks.

Same thing happened to me on my computer using Firefox, Chrome, etc. However, if you have the Walmart app on your phone the save for later items are still there.

I had the same issue as well. I contacted customer service and they are absolutely clueless and no help at all. Just kept saying to re add all the items to the list.

Where are my saved items

Dozens of items in my Walmart online shopping cart including the saved for later items appear to have all been deleted. Cart is now completely empty.Walmart customer support people having difficulty even understanding what my complaint is. Not happy. Occurred on 3/10/23 using laptop & several different browsers. Will use Amazon from now on.
