It tells me my email isn't recognized and I need to create an account. When I try to create an account it tells me I already have an account based on my email address but it DOESN'T RECOGNIZE MY EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE LOGIN SECTION!!!!!! INFURIATING!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a walmart employee for 5 years, however the online system keeps telling me it can't find me and I need to look into my benefit package. please tell what I need to do. also i'm able to go online at work (walmart) but not at home why?
