Tried paypal and credit card. Same results. Not working.

This is the second time in a week that this has happened. I was able to make a purchase about 3 or 4 days ago and then needed to purchase and it is saying can not authorize. Checked my info 4 times.. still correct and still not able to make a purchase. Why?????
