Can't check out all week. Lots of "tech difficulties" pages.

Can't add to or change a cart I started a week ago; haven't been able to check out since then. Many item pages show "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties," even some that loaded okay yesterday. I desperately need the items I can only get through them online, so I keep checking back, but it keeps not working.

Ever since you people changed your site I have been unable to check out on the payment page as it is frozen. I have repeatedly called customer service to no avail as the people you have are incompitent and the only thing they know is how to keep people on the line longer then necessary. This has beengoing on for 2 months now and I have had it. As soon as I pay off my account I am closing my walmart account.  I spent an hour on the phone and then she finally hung up on me. Terriable customer service with people who can hardly speak english let alone understand what the problem.
