I can add things to the cart but I can't open it to see them. It does nothing. I cannot check out. Guess I'll have to shop Kmart instead.

The same thing is happening to me right now! I have had the same issue with not being able to access my cart with Walmart.com in the past and now again! (ugh!). I am able to access my cart sporadically by logging out of my account and then back in, but it goes right back to the technical difficulty/error message!
