Can’t switch to Walmart grocery. Stays on Walmart.com

If I click on the three lines at the top left, it shows me the options of "Pick Up & Delivery" or "Walmart.com".   If I click pick up & delivery, it stays on Walmart.com.   If I click on "start" at the bottom left corner nothing happens at all.
