Won't let me switch to grocery pickup and my app is up to date

I am not able to use my start button to access grocery delivery service. I am pid through the year. Please let me know how to fix this
I can not use the grocery side of my app. it just stays on the online shopping but I can not switch. The start or touching the pick up and delivery doesn't do anythin.
I' m stuck in checkout and i get a message there is a ERROR and to try again later .
Ive been trying for 10 hrs now and cant finalize my delivery address
