Have not been able to print labels since 11/18/14. The USPS website charges you, but won't print any labels. This is beyond frustrating. FIX THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE!

Having this problem too. I was able to print my label by saving as a pdf to my computer and print from recent documents. Huge hassle but will work until this problem is fixed
How are you able to get to the point of saving as a PDF? I do not have a continue button?
I was unable to save to PDF either. Since Monday this has been a problem!
This has been going on since November 16th. Today is the 23rd and it is still not working! What is going on here?!
