Charged account, not printing paid label. Have been trying for last day.

Shipping label would not print for last 2 days. Refund denied saying it had shipped. Noo response to techincal support. Still on hold afte4r half an hour. Now what? You took my money but won't let me print of ship it? Love your new system
Same Problem here, 2 days in a row that Priority Mail has taken my money but will not download the lable or print the lable. I tried to call the post office's technical help line but have been on hold for 33 minutes so far.....
