You can still get to it vis USPS.GOV instead of .COM

I can get the site to come up from www.usps.gov - in chrome, but any link I click in the site loads to a 'cannot load screen' - this doesn't help me print shipping labels from paypal - I still get the same API-callback timeout error as before.
I've run three scans of my computer - only to determine from talking to our local post office they cannot access their company's website (go figure).
