Unfortunately, this is a case where the the problem with accepting card payments is a nationwide problem with the USPS system.
Even in person at the post office today (04/10), the window sales could only accept cash or check payments.

Nothing good all day. Maybe all the programmers are working on the Affordable Care Act website. They don't have a clue.
