Won't accept payment

I've been trying for 2 days to pay online. Won't accept credit cards, won't process using PayPal either. I spent 75 minutes on hold waiting for technical support yesterday, no answer. I'm currently on hold again, its been 45 minutes and counting. What a nightmare.
