This is the fifth time I've had this exact issue with these c*#ts. Their tool does not work, and they don't bother informing the thousands of people with packages that need to be tracked that they'd have better luck asking f!*#ing rock about their order. Don't bother calling the "customer service" line, I just waited on hold for 14 minutes to be told they "seem to be having issues and could not update the status of your package at this time." f!*# these c*#ts, I'm using Fedex from now on. USPS can suck a fat one.

I agree whole heartedly. For something people depend on so heavily these f!*#ers should at the very least be informing their customers that a.) their system is down b.) why it's down. I'm tired of dealing with USPS and their crock of s!*t.
