Yeah same thing for me. it is really frustrating. i dont know if i can track by calling.
Tracking via web browser is not working for me either, but I have managed to get tracking info from the android application.
it's still down as of 1035 central.... but if you call 1-800-222-1811, wait for the prompt to ask you what you want to do, then press 1, then type in your tracking number, this method was able to update me on the status of the package I entered.
Stupid track and confirm wont load!!!
that phone doesn't work. Is it a robot? It doesn't understand ' track confirm' !!!

track and confirm isn't working, AGAIN. Isn't there a way for USPS to let us know the system is down. I keep trying and trying thinking it's me, but obviously it's not....AGAIN...
