I am able to log on to my account, but when the application site comes up, it is frozen. I am not able to continue on to the next page, nor able to finish completing the application process.

I am able to login to the 'applicant cockpit' where my personal info is registered, hwoever, I am not able to click on any hyperlink for cancel/delete account, or go to next page, or edit any field such as the busines phone number, which is a requiement per the red asterisk which indiates I need to revise the format  the phone number is typeed in. There seems to be no link to access any additional tech support through the usps website.

I'm trying very hard to apply and become apart of the postal service but the application cockpit won't let me fill anything out after I log on....please help. I really would like the opportunity.

There are multiple HTML errors. The HTML programmer has failed to address the issue. I have found 7 errors so far. there are almost 13000 lines so who knows how many more I will find.

I can log into my account, though the applicant cockpit will not allow me to access the next page nor view any of the job oppertunites. Are there any known dates when the site may be back up?

I guess nothing has changed in the last six months. It was doing the same thing for me in Novembe. I looked up the problem in a few forums and it seems that this problem has been going on for more than a year

Tina on

it lets me long in as usual but will not let me apply. it does nothing once you click on apply

Jose on

I can log in but it won't let me access the job search area. It keeps telling me my phone number is in the wrong format, but it's in the correct format.

Same problem. Page tells me that the state I was born in is invalid. Next the page freezes. Has anyone found a tech support phone number? Is there a workaround? There doesn't seem to be a way to apply other through the Applicant Cockpit.
