Unable to track shipment

My package was shipped 2-day priority. It was expected to be delivered on Monday (11/10). It still hasn't arrived today - Thursday (11/13). The website simply says "Delivery status not updated" as of 11/10/14 at 9:55pm. I went to the local post office this morning to track the package directly. They were unable - same system issue. The customer service phone number for tracking, after a seemingly-unending loop saying the exact same info the website says, tells me 'customer service is not available at this time.'

What a crock!

Did it ever get delivered? I paid for overnight and that was two days ago. Tracking site only shows when it departed. I am worried. I will never use USPS again.
