Unable to bring up my history detail to get a refund
Unable to bring up my history detail
Click-n-ship took our payment but wouldn't allow us to print labels. We got out of the site and then went back in to our account Activity History to try and print the labels from there. We can click on the order detail but if you try to click on Transaction # it will not open that page. This happened yesterday 9/23, and as of this morning we still cannot get into the transaction label detail. Oddly, the rest of click-n-ship seems to be running okay.
