Apparently my package been sitting in California for three days, but was supposed to arrive today. Since November 10th, at 6 am, it hasn't moved, and nothing's updated.

aeller of my item was never given tracking info from USPS. I have no idea where it is.
I've ordered 2 separate items from 2 separate companies - and now seeing something I've never seen before... 'package has left partner facility'. There has been NO update since then and also no expected delivery date. Also, the USPS contact us email is down (will not let me contact them). The packages also are something I've never seen before "Parcel Select"...what in the world is going on? One of my items says it was shipped 09/11 at 12:00 am...its is now 11/19 and I've not recieved my item. It usually comes in 3 business days.
