When I attempt to pay and print shipping labels, the webpage states that I am using the browser Mozilla, when I am not. Then after the transfer to paypal the site then states that my transaction has been declined, even though paypal approved the payment. Same problem using my credit card. Can we please get this fixed ASAP???????

Same thing has happened to me about 6 times since Jan. 2014. The Obamacare website is lousy and now the USPS site has gone to hell. I have sent in 4 emails to report the problems and have never received even a single response from US Postal Service. What is it going to take for us to finally wake up and privatize the postal service? LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I now think that if it's government it is a waste of time and OUR hard earned money.
